Nor do I know where any safe sources for such software exist. I knew about two ways to make it work, one being using CPU slowdown software, but I don't want to risk damaging the game and/or my PC. Keep in mind though that there are only 5 levels (probably one of the biggest lacks for Sonic R). It's not terrible, and you can turn off lyrics in music (quite important, because many people don't like it), so if you like experiments and can deal with control (using l/r brakes and Knuckles at the beginning is improving experience if you're playing for the first time)., you can give it a try. There are some methods to make it work on newer systems, if you have any problems ().

That's a main reason why I want Sonic R PC on Steam and/or GOG alongside the Shadow and 2006 remasterings so they can be run with much less hassle. I had great fun with it and wanted to relive those happy memories with my own personal copy I could play whenever I wanted, and not have to wait my turn. When I played it on school back then during Golden Time, I don't remember the PC version controls being that bad, though I think the steering was indeed a little wonky for Sonic at least. We can not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the displayed offers - before you buy something in a. There is a workaround to get it to run in a modern system but I don't understand the instructions and I don't want to risk breaking the game or my computer.

The error it gives me is that I don't have enough memory or disk space to run the game, which is bulls.hit because I had plenty space when I tried to install it and probably still do, on top of my PC having 16GB of RAM. I have the PC CD of Sonic R myself, but my laptop cannot run it currently because the processor is too fast, skipping tics so it doesn't read it properly.
